Not to big and not to small. it works much better and its much more fun, if everything is clean, smooth and slippery and no dirty results are left after playing. Must not be a complete lavish irrigation all the time. Most of the time its enough to clean the lower end a bit and everything is fine. This irrigation bulb is just perfect for it. Not to big and not to small. Perfect handling with one hand. Just use bodywarm water with a little soft soap or some camomile tea and use it once or twice and everything should be fine. The filling quantity is with about 210 millilitre just perfect. The little nozzle can be removed for better filling and better cleaning. After usage, clean it with some hot water and thats it.
